Frequently-asked Questions
I do not use client information or information of people who inquire about my services for marketing purposes, and I do not provide it to other companies.
Client information is kept in the strictest confidence. It is shared only with those who you have authorized me to share it with (example: other trusted advisors, such as an attorney or accountant). I do not ask for access to any of your financial accounts or passwords.
Information (text and images) provided in the Testimonials section of this website (“What Clients Say”), and elsewhere, is used with prior permission from the people being quoted.
Because I work with my business clients at their offices on a regular schedule it makes most sense for me to take on new clients who are located under an hour’s drive from my home office in Rockland County, New York—which means Rockland and Westchester Counties (New York), Bergen County (New Jersey) and NYC’s borough of Manhattan.
If distance is an obstacle to regular on-site work, my Online Business Coaching may be an option, depending on the needs of your business.
We’ll work together in a private area at your place of business, since we may be dealing with confidential or sensitive information. If you have employees and operate in a small space, we can meet “off-campus” at a place such as a restaurant or coffee shop with booths (for privacy). I also offer the option of Online Business Coaching (via phone or Skype).
Like many other professions, I charge clients by the hour for work I do at their location or from mine. The latter would include phone calls with the client, project-related communications with the client’s trusted advisors and other persons authorized by the client; and work such as document preparation.
I welcome your questions and am happy to answer them over the phone or in person. My contact information is on the Contact Steve page.
